Stradley Ronon finished first, for two consecutive years, among law firms in Philadelphia in the American Lawyer’s Mid-Level Associate Survey in management openness and policies regarding billable hours. In 2011 we came in 2nd out of 12 firms in Philadelphia, and 30th out of 126 firms nationally for overall associate satisfaction.
Our firm was honored to be the only Philadelphia-based law firm selected to appear in the latest edition of America’s Greatest Places to Work with a Law Degree.
Stradley Ronon is the only firm in Eastern Pennsylvania that is a member of Meritas – a worldwide business alliance of more than 210 law firms in 70 countries.
Stradley Ronon was ranked as the top Philadelphia law firm based on associate satisfaction according to Averyindex.com – a Web site dedicated to forming rankings for national and regional law firms. The rankings were based on more that 6,000 associate responses regarding how much they enjoyed working for their respective firm.
