Michael O’Mara litigates a broad spectrum of complex corporate and commercial cases. He routinely represents businesses and individuals in sophisticated legal matters, including merger and acquisition disputes; shareholder, partnership and derivative claims; class actions; ERISA claims; insurance disputes; products liability and business torts. Mr. O'Mara also serves as counsel to a number of nonprofit organizations, including religious, educational and health care organizations.
Super Lawyers – the “ultimate guide to the top lawyers in Pennsylvania” – named Mr. O'Mara as a “Rising Star” in 2008, 2007, 2006 and 2005, an honor received by only 2.5% of Pennsylvania lawyers each year.
