Todd Vanett counsels and provides advice to middle-market companies on various matters including corporate and tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and liquidations, and financing transactions. He also counsels clients on business formations and transaction structure, including the use of limited liability companies, S corporations and partnerships. Mr. Vanett rounds out his practice in his dealings with private investment partnerships (including private equity, venture capital and hedge fund formation and investing) and estate, income tax and asset-protection planning for high-net-worth individuals.
Mr. Vanett is a former member of the firm’s board of directors, where he served for more than 10 years.

- counseling on the going-private transaction of Holt’s Cigar Holdings, Inc.
- restructuring CB Technologies, Inc. and counseling it regarding venture capital investments
- structuring the sale of Brandywine Asset Management
- restructuring and leveraged buyout of Glasstech, Inc.
- counseling on the sale of Associated Packaging Enterprises, Inc.
