Zachary Knepper represents and counsels public companies, investment companies, investment advisers, broker-dealers and individuals in connection with inquiries, investigations and enforcement actions by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, other federal and state agencies, and self-regulatory organizations. He also conducts internal investigations designed to advise and assist companies in preventing or responding to regulatory actions.
Prior to joining Stradley Ronon, Mr. Knepper worked for several years in the securities enforcement practice group of another Washington, D.C., law firm.PERSONAL
Mr. Knepper is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and, prior to attending law school, served for five years as a field artillery officer in the United States Army. |
