Alicia Davis focuses her practice on investment, zoning, sales, financing, leasing and construction. Ms. Davis also advises banks on finance, foreclosures and bank regulation matters. Rounding out her practice, she counsels individuals and corporations, including nonprofit organizations.
Ms. Davis’ recent client accomplishments include:
- representing multi-family owners in connection with purchasing, selling and refinancing properties
- counseling banks, credit unions and lending institutions with regard to all aspects of regulatory requirements
- representing multi-million dollar borrowers in transactions, including SWAP transactions
- aiding banks and credit unions in establishing online banking services
Ms. Davis also presents in-house seminars for clients and has taught educational programs to real estate professionals and lending officers. |
