As an associate in Stradley Ronon’s Investment Management/Mutual Funds Practice Group, Nicolas Lombo assists investment companies, investment advisers and broker-dealers on regulatory and compliance issues. Mr. Lombo provides advice for investment management clients in all aspects of legal representation including:
• preparing regulatory filings
• drafting and reviewing registration statements and proxy solicitation materials
• researching securities and corporate law issues
• drafting corporate policies and compliance procedures
Mr. Lombo graduated cum laude from Widener University School of Law where he was the articles editor for the Widener Law Review and served as president of the Association of Hispanic and Latin American Students.
Prior to joining Stradley Ronon Mr. Lombo completed a judicial externship with the Hon. Dana M. Levitz of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. He also worked as a legal intern for Sunoco, Inc. in Philadelphia, Pa.
Mr. Lombo was born in Bogota, Colombia, where he lived for seventeen years before moving to the United States |
