Ms. Greenspan has represented a broad spectrum of clients, from individuals to large corporations. She has a full range of experience in federal and state courts and in arbitrations.
Most recently, Ms. Greenspan represented an individual before FINRA, securing a complete defense award in a dispute between brokers. In addition to this recent success, she is most proud of her work representing a court-appointed Receiver in the recovery of $75 million for defrauded institutional investors following the collapse of a Cayman Island hedge fund.
In 2010, 2008, 2007 and 2006, Super Lawyers – the “ultimate guide to the top lawyers in Pennsylvania” – named Ms. Greenspan a “Rising Star,” an honor received by only 2.5% of Pennsylvania lawyers each year. Rising Stars are chosen by their peers as being among the top up-and-coming lawyers in the state.
Prior to joining Stradley Ronon, Ms. Greenspan served as a law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida for Magistrate Judge Gary R. Jones, where she researched and interpreted federal and state statutes, prepared judicial opinions and court orders, and advised federal judges on issues before the Court. PERSONAL
During law school, Ms. Greenspan interned for the Child Advocate’s Office in Decatur, Ga., where she investigated complaints filed in juvenile court, interviewed children and family members, and presented reports in court.
Ms. Greenspan remains committed to pro bono work on behalf of the Child Advocate Support Center, the New Jersey Public Defender’s Office and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania’s Prisoner’s Rights Panel. |
