Learn how intellectual property laws may affect your practice and your corporation. After a brief tutorial on the different aspects of intellectual property, you will then compete with fellow members in a Jeopardy game format to learn more about IP and the intersection of IP with other laws. In two rounds, players will select from several categories, including:

Patents
Trademarks
Copyrights
Trade Secrets
IP in _____(e.g., licenses, employment agreements, litigation, due diligence)
International IP
Antitrust
