Course Description: This presentation will illustrate the types of trust and escrow arrangements that are used in business transactions, and will include a discussion of third-party agent and trust appointments such as Escrow Agent, Directed Trustee, Delaware Statutory Trustee, and use of Passive Investment Companies, Captive Insurance Companies, LLC Managers and other alternative Delaware business entities.
