This course will cover current mutual funds and investment management issues. Topics for discussion will include: “Stoneridge Investment Partners v. Scientific-Atlanta, and its Implications for Investment Companies;” “Update on Recent Money Market Fund No-Action Letters;” and “The Rand Report on Financial Service Provider.” If time permits, an open discussion will take place at the end of the session.
