Course Description: This course will cover current mutual funds and investment management issues. Topics for discussion will include: “Proposed Amendments to Form ADV Part 2”, “Proposed Amendments to SEC’s Privacy and Information Security Rules” and “Proposed Exchange-Traded Fund Rule.” If time permits, an open discussion will take place at the end of the session.
