| November 5, 2007 Stradley Ronon attorneys Andrew S. Levine and Kim R. Jessum recently spoke at the 13th Annual Business Law Institute, a two-day conference of workshops presented by leading law professionals in the state. Levine presented, “Murky Ground: Coping with Environmental Legal Issues,” and Jessum spoke on, “Tips for Drafting Technology Agreements.”
As chair of the firm’s environmental practice group, Levine handles a variety of environmental regulatory, enforcement and litigation matters. He coordinates Clean Air Act strategies for facilities located in moderate and severe non-attainment areas and defends clients in enforcement matters and citizen suits under RCRA, the Endangered Species Act and the Clean Water Act. In addition, Levine provides extensive counsel on statutory and regulatory developments in the solid waste, water and air programs of several states.
Jessum focuses her practice in patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret matters. She represents chemical, pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients in both intellectual property litigation and transactional matters.
