Kevin Casey was selected as a member of the panel of neutrals for the International Trademark Association. The panel is an international group of neutral mediators who are experts in trademark and unfair competition law and trained in mediating disputes.

As chair of the firm’s intellectual property practice group, Casey has more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret and related matters. He is ranked as one of the leading IP attorneys in Pennsylvania by America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, The Client’s Guide and has authored numerous papers on IP issues and teaches IP courses at Temple University School of Law as an adjunct professor.
