| March 14, 2006 CHERRY HILL, N.J. – Stradley Ronon has added Catherine M. Ward as of counsel to its environmental and real estate practice groups.
Based in the firm’s Cherry Hill, N.J., office, Ward concentrates her practice in environmental, real estate and land use matters representing both private companies and public entities. She counsels clients on a diverse range of regulatory and contractual environmental issues including brownfields matters, redevelopment work, remediation issues and contract negotiations in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Ward also regularly represents clients in land use matters before local planning boards and assists lenders in connection with loans secured by contaminated real estate.
Ward has worked in private legal practice handling environmental, real estate and land use matters for more than fifteen years. Before attending law school, she worked as the head of the project management department of an environmental laboratory and consulting firm.
Ward graduated from Rutgers School of Law-Camden and received her bachelor’s degree from Saint Joseph’s University.
