Stradley Ronon partner Andrew K. Stutzman will present at the American Conference Institute’s 3rd National Forum on Subprime Litigation & Enforcement on Oct. 28-29, 2008. Stutzman will co-present, “Foreclosure Actions: Dealing with State Task Forces, Moratoriums, Contested Foreclosures and Other Stall Tactics.” The forum will address legal strategies for responding to new securities, investor and borrower actions.

As chair of the firm’s mortgage and lending litigation practice, Stutzman oversees a team of lawyers who represent financial services and other clients in litigation involving consumer and commercial loan transactions.
