Stradley Ronon attorney Catherine Ward was a presenter of, “Environmental Science for Lawyers,” on Oct. 7, 2008 at Rutgers University’s New Brunswick campus. The seminar provided an introduction to site remediation, data collection, data analysis and data interpretation and discussed the importance of geology, hydrogeology, lithology, soil and water chemistry, and the interaction between science and the law.
Based in the firm’s Cherry Hill, N.J., office, Ward concentrates her practice in environmental, real estate, and land-use matters representing both private companies and public entities. She counsels clients on regulatory and contractual environmental issues including brownfields matters, redevelopment work, remediation issues and contract negotiations in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
