Stradley Ronon partner Samuel J. Arena Jr. will co-present with Jason W. Glasgow, Claim Counsel of Travelers Bond Financial Products, “Insuring Agreement (B): On Premises Coverage,” at the American Bar Association’s Financial Institution Bonds: From the Masters Conference on Nov. 6-7, 2008 in Baltimore. Their presentation at this national conference will focus on how and when coverage is afforded under Insuring Agreement B and will discuss relevant exclusions and case law treatment of “on premises” claims. The ABA conference will provide attendees with comprehensive and up-to-date information from the soon-to-be ABA published book, Financial Institution Bonds (3d. Ed. 2008).
