Stradley Ronon partner Steven B. Davis will present, “Health Care Reform and its impact on the Insurance Industry,” at the Society of Insurance Financial Management conference in New York on Dec. 10, 2009. The conference will discuss the impact of current regulatory changes in the insurance industry, including recent changes in accounting rules and regulations and taxation of insurance and reinsurance companies.

As co-chair of the firm’s insurance practice group, Davis represents insurers, producers and other intermediaries in regulatory matters, complex business litigation and coverage disputes. He also provides counsel to a variety of businesses on their insurance programs.
