Stradley Ronon received the “Stand and Deliver Corporate Partner Award,” presented by Philadelphia Academies, Inc., for the firm’s longstanding commitment to helping provide classes, programs and work experiences for students in Philadelphia public high schools. Philadelphia Academies, Inc. is a nonprofit focused on motivating young people to pursue their career aspirations. The organization currently operates 28 career-specific academy programs in area public schools and serves more than 4,500 students.
Stradley Ronon chairman William Sasso accepted the award on behalf of the firm at the annual fundraiser for Philadelphia Academies, Inc. Honorary chairs in attendance at this year’s event included fashion designer Nicole Miller, actor Tony Danza and Grammy award-winning musician Ahmir “?uestlove” Thompson.
