| June 30, 2010 Stradley Ronon attorney Catherine Ward was re-elected to the board of the Environmental Law Forum for the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA). She also recently co-chaired the NJSBA Environmental Law Forum where she moderated the panel discussion, “Brownfields Development Area Program: What You Need to Know,” addressing the Environmental Protection Agency’s efforts to clean up and reinvest in properties contaminated by potentially hazardous pollutants.
Based in the firm’s Cherry Hill, N.J., office, Ward concentrates her practice in environmental, real estate, and land-use matters, representing both private companies and public entities. She counsels clients on regulatory and contractual environmental issues including brownfields matters, redevelopment work, remediation issues and contract negotiations in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
