Scolari served as a panelist at, “Strategic Positioning of the Family Business and Wealth,” a seminar hosted by Wells Fargo Private Bank at Philadelphia Country Club. The seminar focused on the importance of planning in the succession of the family business and the challenges facing business owners in such planning process. The program included a discussion of such issues among the panelists and an interactive Q&A with the invited guests.
Based in the firm’s Malvern, Pa., office, Scolari chairs Stradley Ronon’s closely held/family owned business practice group helping clients achieve their business goals through the formation of new enterprises, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic alliances. He also serves as a mediator of closely held business disputes and is a member of Stradley Ronon’s ADR and private equity practice groups.
