| July 6, 2010 Stradley Ronon partner Danielle Banks served as a panelist on, “Women Lawyers & Social Media (Ethics, Privacy and Social Media),” at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s Women in the Profession Summit: 21st Century Issues for the 21st Century Woman Lawyer on June 16. The panel discussed ways in which women attorneys can utilize social media to their professional advantage.
As a partner in the firm’s litigation practice group, Banks represents companies and individuals in employment law matters, including claims brought under Title VII, Section 1981, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act. She also defends clients in Section 1983, Title VI and Fair Housing Act matters. Additionally, her practice includes products liability litigation as well as other complex commercial litigation.
