| July 14, 2010 Stradley Ronon partner Kevin Casey served as the program coordinator for the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Center for Continuing Legal Education teleconference and webcast titled “Use of Settlement Counsel to Achieve Better Outcomes of Disputes.” The program detailed the benefits of using settlement counsel and dispute resolution methods to reach preferred outcomes for clients.
As chair of the firm’s IP practice group and co-chair of its alternative dispute resolution practice group, Casey has counseled clients for almost a quarter-century in all aspects of the IP field, encompassing patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret and related matters, including resolution of IP disputes.
