| December 1, 2010 Stradley Ronon partners William R. Sasso, Kevin R. Boyle, Bruce G. Leto and Steven A. Scolari have been named to SmartCEO magazine’s 2010 Legal Elite list. The list, chosen by more than 15,000 CEOs in the Greater Philadelphia area, is comprised of the “go-to attorneys” for business legal advice. The Legal Elite includes attorneys in a variety of practice areas who exemplify best practices and outstanding legal counsel. SmartCEO is a regional “growing company” publication focused on educating and inspiring decision-makers.
Sasso has served as chairman of Stradley Ronon’s 190-plus attorney firm since 1994. He is widely recognized for his civic accomplishments including serving as former chairman of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce’s board of directors, as a member of the Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau executive committee, and as a trustee of the Leo Niessen Jr. Charitable Foundation.
As chair of the firm’s business department, Boyle is responsible for oversight and management of more than 60 attorneys in the firm’s six offices. He also serves on the firm’s board of directors.
As chair of Stradley Ronon’s nationally ranked investment management group, Leto counsels investment companies, investment advisers, independent trustees and broker-dealers on securities and corporate matters relating to pooled investment products.
Scolari chairs Stradley Ronon’s closely held/family owned business practice group, helping clients achieve their business goals through the formation of new enterprises, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic alliances. He also serves as a mediator of closely held business disputes and is a member of Stradley Ronon’s ADR and private equity practice groups. |
