Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP, has admitted four attorneys to the firm’s partnership: Christine M. Debevec of the firm’s Philadelphia office, Joshua N. Silverstein and Catherine M. Ward of the firm’s Cherry Hill, N.J., office and David J. Winkowski of the firm’s Malvern, Pa., office.

As a member of the litigation practice group, Debevec litigates a diverse range of complex corporate and commercial cases. Her experience involves products liability/mass tort litigation; securities litigation, regulation and enforcement; shareholder, partnership and derivative claims; class actions; health benefit claims and plans governed by ERISA; medical provider disputes; insurance coverage dispute; and employment discrimination cases. Debevec also regularly represents nonprofit organizations, including religious, educational and health care institutions.

As a member of the business practice group, Silverstein concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations and general corporate counseling. Silverstein has experience in middle-market merger and acquisition transactions, and has closed purchase and sale transactions on behalf of companies of all sizes and industries, including private equity firms and financial institutions.

As a member of the business practice group, Ward concentrates her practice in brownfields, alternative energy and environmental matters, representing both private companies and public entities. She also regularly represents clients in land-use matters and assists lenders in connection with loans secured by contaminated real estate.

As a member of the trusts, estates and personal planning practice group, Winkowski counsels clients in the areas of tax, estate, and business planning, as well as trust and estate administration and fiduciary litigation. He represents high-net-worth individuals, owners of closely held businesses, executives, and numerous financial and charitable institutions.
