DiGiorgio jointly presented with ICS Compliance Director of Compliance Services, Roger Rumbaugh, the webinar, “New FRB and Dodd-Frank Restrictions on Loan Originator and Broker Compensation.” DiGiorgio discussed the upcoming changes to regulation Z and Section 956 of the Dodd-Frank Act and their restrictions on loan broker and originator compensation.
