Stradley Ronon partner Catherine Ward participated in a panel at a conference titled, “Working with Your License Site Remediation Professional (LSRP),” at Rutgers University on December 5. The program addressed the changing roles and responsibilities of LSRPs under the NJDEP’s new Site Remediation Program law and how the law affects the interaction among remediating parties, attorneys, regulators and property owners.
Based in the firm’s Cherry Hill, N.J., office, Ward concentrates her practice in environmental, real estate, and land-use matters, representing both private companies and public entities, focusing on the interaction between technical and legal issues. She counsels clients on regulatory and contractual environmental issues including brownfields, redevelopment, remediation and regulatory issues in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
