Stradley Ronon attorneys Fabio Battaglia and Christopher J. Zimmerman served as panelists on, “Operation and Regulation of Investment Vehicles: Open-end Funds, Closed-end Funds, Exchange-traded Funds and Hedge Funds,” at the Global Asset Management Education Forum in New York City. Hosted by Quinnipiac University, the Forum brought together business school faculty, students and current leaders in the financial industry to explore important developments, opportunities and challenges facing investment professionals working in the global financial markets.
Based in the firm’s Philadelphia office, Battaglia focuses his practice on counseling investment companies and investment advisers in connection with various regulatory, compliance and transactional issues. He assists clients with a variety of investment management and securities law matters.
Based in the firm’s Washington office, Zimmerman focuses his practice on assisting investment companies, investment advisers and broker-dealers on federal securities law matters. He provides analysis for investment management clients in all aspects of legal representation.
