Stradley Ronon attorney Kristin McKenna co-lectured, “Choice of Entity: A Basic Overview of Tax and Nontax Considerations,” at the Philadelphia Bar Association Young Lawyers Division CLE Program on April 25 in Philadelphia. The presentation provided an understanding of the various issues to consider when selecting an entity and how each entity will be taxed for federal income tax purposes.
McKenna counsels investment companies and their advisers on taxation of commingled funds and financial products. She also advises closely held businesses and owners on a broad range of tax issues.
