Stradley Ronon partner Joseph J. McHale presented, “Update On Pharmacy Law,” at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center’s 8th Annual Pharmacy Focus Forum in Harrisburg, Pa. on April 20. McHale presented on the duties imposed upon pharmacists by the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990 and discussed recent pharmacy-related case law pertaining to pharmacists.
McHale is a partner in the litigation practice group and partner-in-charge of the Malvern, Pa., office. He represents manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, businesses, pharmacists, physicians and individuals with personal injury claims. He also serves as counsel to a group of health system risk managers and is an active trial attorney.
