Stradley Ronon partner Andrew K. Stutzman co-presented, “Defending Contested Mortgage Foreclosure Litigation; Overcoming Challenges to Lender Documentation, MERS and Other Standing Issues, and Borrower Defenses and Counterclaims,” at a Continuing Legal Education webinar/teleconference presented by Strafford on June 6. The program discussed best practices for lenders and their counsel in defending contested mortgage foreclosures.
As chair of the firm’s mortgage and lending litigation practice, Stutzman oversees a team of lawyers who represent financial services and other clients in litigation involving consumer and commercial loan transactions.
