Stradley Ronon partner Danielle Banks was honored by The Barristers’ Association of Philadelphia with the 2012 J. Austin Norris Award. The award is bestowed to an attorney of color who has best exemplified the legacy and works of J. Austin Norris through distinguished service to the Barristers, the legal profession and the community at large.
As a partner in the firm’s litigation practice group, Ms. Banks represents companies and individuals in employment law matters, including claims brought under Title VII, Section 1981, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act. She also defends clients in Section 1983, Title VI and Fair Housing Act matters. Additionally, her practice includes products liability litigation, as well as other complex commercial litigation.
