Stradley Ronon partner Catherine M. Ward moderated a panel on “Ethics in LSRP World” at the 2012 Environmental Law Forum on June 24-26 in New Jersey. Ms. Ward also co-chaired the three-day Forum, which offered panel discussions on cutting edge issues in New Jersey environmental law, including discussions on the Site Remediation Reform Act, the Licensed Site Remediation Professional Program, Transitions at the NJDEP, recent New Jersey and Federal environmental case law, the use of experts and ethics issues involving consultants.
Based in the firm’s Cherry Hill, N.J., office, Ms. Ward concentrates her practice in environmental, real estate and land use matters, representing both private companies and public entities, with a focus on the interaction between technical and legal issues. She counsels clients on regulatory and contractual environmental issues including brownfields, redevelopment, remediation and regulatory issues in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
