Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP has added J. Stephen Feinour Jr. as an associate in its nationally recognized investment management/mutual funds practice group.

Based in the firm’s Philadelphia office, Feinour focuses his practice on counseling investment companies and investment advisers in connection with various regulatory, compliance and transactional issues.

Prior to joining Stradley, Feinour was a law clerk for the Hon. Bonnie Brigance Leadbetter, President Judge of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania.  He received his J.D. from the William & Mary School of Law and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania.
