Joan Ohlbaum Swirsky to Speak at Crane Data's 7th Annual Money Fund University

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Counsel Joan Ohlbaum Swirsky will present at Crane Data’s Money Fund University training course on Jan. 20 in Jersey City, New Jersey.  Swirsky’s panel, “Money Fund Regulations: 2a-7 Basics and History,” will provide basic training on money market mutual funds by covering the history of money funds, and regulation and regulatory reforms.

Swirsky is a seasoned investment management attorney with a nationally respected focus on money market funds operating under Rule 2a-7 under the Investment Company Act of 1940. Joan authored the definitive guide on the subject area entitled “The Guide to Rule 2a-7 – A Map Through the Maze for the Money Market Professional.”
