PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Real Estate Practice Group Chair Christopher W. Rosenbleeth and Associates Caroline C. Gorman, Tyler Mullen and Hilary C. Hannan Saylor hosted a panel discussion on Philadelphia real estate development at the firm’s offices in Philadelphia. Panelists Jeff Pustizzi of Alterra Property Group, David Waxman of MM Partners, and Anne Bovaird Nevins of PIDC Philadelphia spoke on the panel, titled, “Philadelphia’s New-Wave Redevelopers: “If They Build It, Will You Come (and Stay?).” The speakers discussed how Philadelphia developers are taking innovative approaches to developing neighborhoods and enhancing communities.
