PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Linda Ann Galante has been appointed to the board of directors and named governance committee chair of Title Alliance Ltd. Title Alliance, an ESOP company located in Media, Pennsylvania, has been creating RESPA-complaint title joint ventures since 1983 with lenders, mortgage bankers, realtors, builders and credit unions.
Galante has been intimately involved in many of the most significant real estate transactions in the Philadelphia area for more than 35 years, representing owners, developers and lenders on all ends of the real estate spectrum including small businesses, REITs, mixed use developers, banks and large educational institutions.
