PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Associate Hilary Hannan Saylor has been elected to the board of the Philadelphia Montessori Charter School (PMCS). PMCS provides children in kindergarten through sixth grade with a Montessori education in an environment that nurtures the whole child, celebrates inclusion, embraces innovation and encourages collaboration with families.
Saylor represents banks, commercial finance companies and other lenders in commercial loan transactions. She also represents companies in general business and commercial matters.
