We pride ourselves on striking a balance between producing the highest quality of work for our clients and maintaining an environment that fosters personal and professional growth for all of our employees. Managing Partner Jeff Lutsky, has a goal – for Stradley Ronon associates to be the best informed associates of the top Philadelphia law firms. Jeff meets regularly with associates to discuss issues and hear suggestions. In addition, an established Associates Committee works directly with management to offer feedback on all aspects of associate work-life. All attorneys receive copies of board and management committee meeting minutes as well as monthly financial data reports. Senior attorneys participate in the Senior Associates’ Retreat to learn about the business of the firm, about expectations of partnership, and of firm support available to help them reach their career goals.

| "The strength of Stradley Ronon lies in its people and their professionalism, friendliness and realistic views of life and the law." |

| "At Stradley, there is less of a social distinction between partners and
associates. Associates work directly with partners, and partners
encourage associates to speak their minds and give input. I enjoy
practicing law here because of both the substance of the work and the
quality of the people I get to work with." |

| "For lawyers looking for opportunities to grow as a professional, there
are plenty here. Stradley gives junior lawyers greater and broader
access to sophisticated work early on in their legal careers. This
philosophy leads to a much more satisfying practice and more effective
lawyers, who routinely represent clients in a variety of matters." |
