DRIVING DIRECTIONS:

From Delaware and Points South (Airport):
From Delaware, Maryland and points south of Philadelphia, via Interstate 95. Exit #22 (on left). Follow Route 676 West to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway exit (22nd Street). At top of ramp, turn right on to 22nd Street. At the first light, make a right on to the Ben Franklin Parkway. At the next light, 21st Street, make a right. Proceed through three traffic lights and go under the overpass. Parking in One Commerce Square is on the left, right before the fourth light (21st and Market).

From North Jersey and New York:
Via the New Jersey Turnpike, exit at Interchange #4 on to Route 73 North. Exit on to Route 38 West. Take Route 30 West across the Benjamin Franklin Bridge. Follow Route 676 West to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway exit (22nd Street). At top of ramp, turn right on to 22nd Street. At the first light, make a right on to the Ben Franklin Parkway. At the next light, 21st Street, make a right. Proceed through three traffic lights and go under the overpass. Parking in One Commerce Square is on the left, right before the fourth light (21st and Market).

From South Jersey:
Via the Walt Whitman Bridge, take the Schuylkill Expressway, Route 76 West. Follow to exit #344 for Central Philadelphia (676 East). Take the next exit (Benjamin Franklin Parkway/23rd Street) that will be immediately on the right. Continue straight ahead to the light at 22nd Street and make a left into the far right lane. At the first light, make a right on to the Ben Franklin Parkway. At the next light, 21st Street, make a right. Proceed through three traffic lights and go under the overpass. Parking in One Commerce Square is on the left, right before the fourth light (21st and Market).

From Western Suburbs and Pennsylvania Turnpike:
Take the PA Turnpike to exit #326, Valley Forge on to the Schuylkill Expressway, I-76 East. From the Expressway, take Exit #344, Central Philadelphia on the left. Take the next exit, a fast right, Benjamin Franklin Parkway/23rd Street. Continue straight ahead to the light at 22nd Street. At the next light, 21st Street, make a right. Proceed through three traffic lights and go under the overpass. Parking in One Commerce Square is on the left, right before the fourth light (21st and Market).

From Bucks County and Northern Suburbs:
From Bucks County and Northern Suburbs via Interstate #95, Exit #22. Central Philadelphia. Follow Route 676 West to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway exit (22nd Street). At top of ramp, turn right on to 22nd Street. At the first light, make a right on to the Ben Franklin Parkway. At the next light, 21st Street, make a right. Proceed through three traffic lights and go under the overpass. Parking in One Commerce Square is on the left, right before the fourth light (21st and Market).

One Commerce Square (a/k/a 2005 Market) is approximately a 10-minute walk, or 2-minute cab ride from 30th Street Station, Philadelphia’s main train station.

Within a three block or so radius of Commerce Square, there are over 2,000 parking spaces. In addition to the parking garage in the building, public parking is available at the following garages and lots.
