Overview

John Nader represents financial institutions and other corporate clients in connection with litigation in both state and federal court, with a focus on mortgage and lending and related commercial disputes. John has experience briefing, arguing and successfully trying and arbitrating cases as both first and second chair counsel. He is actively involved in all aspects of complex commercial litigation, including drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery, negotiating settlement and participating in alternative dispute resolution.
