With more than 30 years of experience, Paul Patterson continues to focus his practice on the representation of a number of different types and sizes of financial institutions. Paul’s practice includes the negotiation and documentation of commercial lending and other credit facilities, restructuring of defaulted facilities and, as chair of Stradley Ronon’s bankruptcy practice, all types of bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings. Representative clients Paul has counseled over the years include traditional commercial lenders, asset-based lenders, second lien lenders, mutual funds, hedge funds, fidelity and surety companies and other parties seeking to document and enforce all types and sizes of credit facilities.

  • provided advice to a mutual fund complex regarding the impact and possible opportunities that may exist with respect to their bond holdings as a consequence of Chapter 11 petitions filed by a national health care group
