Stephanie Sanderson-Braem specializes in estate and tax planning, trust and estate administration, and estate and trust litigation.

Stephanie represents single individuals, families with young children, families preparing for retirement, families having a child with special needs, closely held business owners, doctors, CEOs, same-sex couples and fiduciaries managing all aspects of trust and estate administration. She advises her clients on premarital agreements, business succession planning, lifetime giving and charitable giving in addition to the preparation and implementation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives. Stephanie provides clients with assistance in more complex planning involving life insurance trusts, family limited partnerships, intentional defective grantor trusts and grantor retained annuity trusts.

Stephanie also represents individuals, banks and trust companies serving as executors and trustees for trusts and estates of various sizes and complexities.

In The Community

Stephanie was appointed by the mayor of Cherry Hill, New Jersey, to serve on the board of trustees of the Cherry Hill Public Library, and was recently elected vice president of the board. She serves on the board of directors of the Covenant House Pennsylvania. Stephanie is a member of Virtua Foundation’s Gift Planning Advisory Council and a member of the governance committee for Catholic Partnership Schools in Camden, New Jersey. She served on the 2014 Host Committee for Cooper Foundation’s Pink Roses Teal Magnolias event and currently serves as an Ambassador at the Union League of Philadelphia. Stephanie also served on the board of directors of the Philharmonic of Southern New Jersey from 2013-2015.

Stephanie is a graduate of LEADERSHIP Philadelphia’s 2014 executive program and the Young Leader’s Program of the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey.
