Ranan Well focuses his practice on a broad range of corporate and financing matters, and represents public and private clients in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures and debt financings. Ranan’s clients span numerous industries, including financial services, health care, food, hospitality and professional services.

  • a registered investment adviser in its acquisition of the portion of the business of an asset manager relating to the management of 11 mutual funds, and the reorganization of such funds into funds managed by the registered investment adviser
  • an established asset manager in its acquisition of the portion of the business of an investment manager relating to the management of eight mutual funds
