Deborah Hong focuses her practice on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings and reorganizations. Her clients include a number of privately owned, middle-market companies as well as publicly held companies in the technology, media, retail, investment management and manufacturing sectors. Deborah also provides general corporate and strategic business counseling for a variety of clients. She works extensively with both early-stage and more mature companies that have intellectual property, including patents, as a core asset, including on acquisition, venture capital, joint venture and licensing transactions.

In The Community

Deborah is on the board of directors of the Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) of Montgomery County, a nonprofit organization that channels a volunteer workforce of 1,400 individuals of all ages to several programs that impact and benefit some of the community’s most vulnerable populations in and around the Delaware Valley. Additionally, she serves on the board of the Main Line Chamber of Commerce. She has also served on the board of trustees of The Center for Literacy and was previously a committee member for the Main Line Chamber of Commerce’s Society of Professional Women.
