Class action litigation continues to shape the mortgage industry's compliance landscape, challenging organizations to reassess policies, practices and risk management strategies.

Partner Andrew Stutzman, co-chair of the firm’s consumer financial services litigation practice, is set to speak at a panel, “Trending Compliance Issues Track: Class Actions and Mortgage Compliance,” at the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA)’s Compliance and Risk Management Conference.

The session will examine emerging class action trends, recent court decisions, and the compliance issues driving today's litigation, from servicing and fair lending to consumer protection, disclosures, fees and marketing practices.
