12:00 - 1:00 p.m.
This series will address both theoretical and practical issues, combining a traditional paralegal-level review of common law and statutory principles with a “real world” application of those principles as a practitioner sees them. Each course is approved for 1.0 general CLE credit in Pennsylvania, and also awards 1.0 general credit for New Jersey and New York through reciprocity.
