The program will provide a high-level overview of e-discovery basics to litigation attorneys. We will cover the stages of the electronic discovery reference model (EDRM); key steps to take at the start of litigation to avoid e-discovery hiccups; review key terminology and concepts; technology available to reduce cost (including AI) and finally interweave the FRCP which pertain to e-discovery as well as FRE 502 and associated case law.

This course is pending approval for 1 substantive credit in CA, IL, & PA with reciprocity in NJ & NY.
