Melissa Pang Elected to APABA-PA Executive Committee

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Associate Melissa Pang has been elected to the executive committee of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Pennsylvania (APABA-PA). The APABA-PA is a nonprofit organization comprised of Asian Pacific American attorneys practicing in Pennsylvania, Northern Delaware and Southern New Jersey, and the executive committee is the governing body responsible for overseeing the business and affairs of the organization.

Pang focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, securities and other general business matters. She handles general corporate law matters such as researching and drafting legal memoranda, advising on corporate and transactional matters, assisting clients with securities filings, handling the formation of business entities, reviewing due diligence, and drafting documents for clients.
