Stradley Ronon Partner to Moderate National Forum on Residential Mortgage Litigation and Enforcement

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Andrew K. Stutzman will moderate a discussion in a panel of state and federal judges from around the country at ACI’s national Residential Mortgage Litigation and Regulatory Enforcement Forum on Jan. 16 in Los Angeles. The session is called, “Views From the Bench: Judicial Perspectives on the Latest Plaintiff Theories, Emerging Defense Strategies, Lender-Placed Insurance Litigation, Bankruptcy and Foreclosure Litigation, Heightened Scrutiny of Lenders and Servicers, Case Management, E-Discovery, and More,” and will include broad ranging topics relevant to consumer financial services litigation.

Stutzman chairs Stradley Ronon’s Mortgage and Lending Litigation practice group, a team of professionals that resolves disputes involving consumer or commercial financial products or services.
